Complete the Installation

After installing the app, you’ll be redirected to its Settings page. Look for a direct link to add the UI Extension Card.

Add “Company Files” to the HubSpot Object Editor

By clicking the link above, you’ll open the HubSpot Object Editor, where you can attach the “Company Files” card to the Company object. This step ensures your new file management card appears on each Company record in HubSpot.

Customize for Different Views

• Default View: As an admin, you can place the “Company Files” card in the default Company view, making it visible to all users.

• Team-Specific Views: If your HubSpot plan allows, create unique team views and decide which teams or individual users get access to the card. This is particularly useful for large organizations with multiple departments.
